Niños...

Mc 10, 13-16

En aquel tiempo, la gente le llevó a Jesús unos niños para que los tocara, pero los discípulos trataban de impedirlo. 

Al ver aquello, Jesús se disgustó y les dijo: “Dejen que los niños se acerquen a mí y no se lo impidan, porque el Reino de Dios es de los que son como ellos. Les aseguro que el que no reciba el Reino de Dios como un niño, no entrará en él”. 

Después tomó en brazos a los niños y los bendijo imponiéndoles las manos.

Gospel MK 10:13-16

People were bringing children to Jesus that he might touch them,
but the disciples rebuked them.
When Jesus saw this he became indignant and said to them,
"Let the children come to me; do not prevent them,
for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
Amen, I say to you,
whoever does not accept the Kingdom of God like a child
will not enter it."
Then he embraced the children and blessed them,
placing his hands on them.

Meditacion:

Para los que somos padres, este evangelio es mas claro. Nosotros vemos a nuestros hijos jugar y comprendemos su inocencia y su asombro cuando ven o encuentran algo que les es nuevo o diferente.

Nuestro Padre Dios nos ve de la misma manera, como ninos rumbo a un futuro de perfeccion en el amor.

Muchas veces no vemos la mano de nuestro Padre en nuestra vida, de una forma muy necio creemos que somos duenos de nuestro destino y despreciamos a nuestro creador.

Déjate sorprender hoy por lo que el Señor te va a regalar en esta jornada. En este sábado, donde el ritmo de trabajo es menor, aprovecha para mirar la realidad de otro  modo, más reposadamente, fijándote en los detalles de los acontecimientos ,de las personas y de los sentimientos de tu interior. Mira con inocencia, con bondad, con agradecimiento. Contempla la vida como hizo María, con una mirada de fe, de amor, de corazón limpio, de niña.

En breve comenzamos la Cuaresma, tiempo de entrenamiento espiritual, de calentar motores, de volver la mirada al Señor. Preparémonos con la actitud de niño, es decir, de aquel que cree que es posible, porque está abierto a la novedad y a la sorpresa de Dios.

“Señor mío Jesucristo, ayúdame a darme cuenta de si estoy enseñando bien a mis hijos y dándoles buen ejemplo. Si no, perdóname, Señor, y ayúdame a ser un buen padre o madre de familia.” Amen

For those of us who are parents, this gospel is clearer. We see our children play and we understand their innocence and amazement when they see or find something that is new or different.

Our Father God sees us in the same way, as children, towards a future of perfection in love.

Many times we do not see the hand of our Father in our life, in a very foolish way we believe that we are owners of our destiny and we despise our creator.

Let yourself be surprised today by what the Lord is going to give you on this day. On this Saturday, where the pace of work is less, take the opportunity to look at reality in another way, more calmly, looking at the details of events, people and feelings inside. Look with innocence, with kindness, with gratitude. Contemplate life as Mary did, with a look of faith, of love, of a clean heart, as a child.

Soon we will begin Lent, a time of spiritual training, of warming up our engines, of looking back to the Lord. Let us prepare ourselves with the attitude of a child, that is, of one who believes that it is possible, because he is open to the novelty and surprise of God.

"My Lord Jesus Christ, help me to realize if I am teaching my children well and giving them a good example. If not, forgive me, Lord, and help me to be a good father or mother of a family. "Amen
