Resurreccion

Jn 20, 11-18

El día de la resurrección, María se había quedado llorando junto al sepulcro de Jesús. Sin dejar de llorar, se asomó al sepulcro y vio dos ángeles vestidos de blanco, sentados en el lugar donde había estado el cuerpo de Jesús, uno en la cabecera y el otro junto a los pies. Los ángeles le preguntaron: "¿Por qué estás llorando, mujer?" Ella les contestó: "Porque se han llevado a mi Señor y no sé dónde lo habrán puesto".

Dicho esto, miró hacia atrás y vio a Jesús de pie, pero no sabía que era Jesús. Entonces él le dijo: "Mujer, ¿por qué estás llorando? ¿A quién buscas?" Ella, creyendo que era el jardinero, le respondió: "Señor, si tú te lo llevaste, dime dónde lo has puesto". Jesús le dijo: "¡María!" Ella se volvió y exclamó: "¡Rabuní!", que en hebreo significa 'maestro'. Jesús le dijo: "Déjame ya, porque todavía no he subido al Padre. Ve a decir a mis hermanos: 'Subo a mi Padre y su Padre, a mi Dios y su Dios' ".

María Magdalena se fue a ver a los discípulos para decirles que había visto al Señor y para darles su mensaje

Mary Magdalene stayed outside the tomb weeping.
And as she wept, she bent over into the tomb
and saw two angels in white sitting there,
one at the head and one at the feet
where the Body of Jesus had been.
And they said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping?”
She said to them, “They have taken my Lord,
and I don’t know where they laid him.”
When she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus there,
but did not know it was Jesus.
Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping?
Whom are you looking for?”
She thought it was the gardener and said to him,
“Sir, if you carried him away,
tell me where you laid him,
and I will take him.”
Jesus said to her, “Mary!”
She turned and said to him in Hebrew, “Rabbouni,” 
which means Teacher.
Jesus said to her, “Stop holding on to me,
for I have not yet ascended to the Father.
But go to my brothers and tell them,
‘I am going to my Father and your Father,
to my God and your God.’”
Mary went and announced to the disciples,
“I have seen the Lord,”
and then reported what he had told her.

Meditacion:

Podemos imaginarnos el enorme impacto que recibio Maria Magdalena al reconocer a Jesus.

Por un lado, todos sus sentidos le decian que estaba muerto pero alli estaba, resplandeciente en gloria.

Jesus aun le dice que va al Padre.

El Cristo que se sale al encuentro de María Magdalena es el mismo Jesús  constituido por Dios Señor y Cristo: Ha sido rehabilitado y acreditado por  Dios.  El evangelista Lucas insiste en la contraposición entre la acción condenadora de las autoridades judías y el obrar trasformador y legitimador de Dios. Gracias al constituido Mesías y  Señor estamos en una nueva etapa de la historia de la salvación; gracias a eso es posible la conversión y el bautismo. La promesa se universaliza: es para vosotros y vuestros hijos. El don del Espíritu es la síntesis de esa novedad.

En la primera lectura de hoy Pedro se dirige a la casa de Israel. Entiende su anuncio de Cristo como un fenómeno dentro del pueblo de Israel. Trata de abrir los ojos de los israelitas, que admitan su culpa, que reconozcan la situación creada por la Pascua. Y se conviertan aceptando la palabra de la predicación.

María Magdalena ha encontrado al resucitado Jesús, a quien había encontrado en la historia. Y ese encuentro la ha  vitalizado: le ha abierto a los ojos. “Resucitó de veras mi amor y esperanza”.

Sólo para los que aman de verdad tiene sentido pleno la resurrección. Sólo se resucita en la medida en que se ama. ¿Tengo experiencia de resurrección? ¿Me siento “amenazado” de resurrección”.

“Padre celestial, me presento ante ti arrepentido, deseoso de aprender a vivir en tu presencia. ” Amen

We can imagine the enormous impact Maria Magdalena received when she recognized Jesus.

On the one hand, all his senses told him he was dead but there he was, resplendent in glory.

Jesus still tells him that he is going to the Father.

The Christ who goes out to meet Mary Magdalene is the same Jesus constituted by God the Lord and Christ: He has been rehabilitated and accredited by God. The evangelist Luke insists on the contrast between the condemning action of the Jewish authorities and the transforming and legitimating act of God. Thanks to the constituted Messiah and Lord we are in a new stage of the history of salvation; Thanks to that, conversion and baptism are possible. The promise is universal: it is for you and your children. The gift of the Spirit is the synthesis of that novelty.

In today's first reading, Peter goes to the house of Israel. He understands his announcement of Christ as a phenomenon within the people of Israel. Try to open the eyes of the Israelites, who admit their guilt, to recognize the situation created by the Passover. And become accepting the word of preaching.

Mary Magdalene has found the risen Jesus, whom he had met in history. And that encounter has vitalized her: it has opened her eyes. "He really resurrected my love and hope."

Only for those who truly love the resurrection makes full sense. It is only resurrected to the extent that it is loved. Do I have a resurrection experience? Do I feel "threatened" with resurrection?

"Heavenly Father, I present myself before you repentant, eager to learn to live in your presence. " Amen
