Eternos disconformes

Mt 11, 16-19

En aquel tiempo, Jesús dijo: "¿Con qué podré comparar a esta gente? Es semejante a los niños que se sientan en las plazas y se vuelven a sus compañeros para gritarles: 'Tocamos la flauta y no han bailado; cantamos canciones tristes y no han llorado'.

Porque vino Juan, que ni comía ni bebía, y dijeron: 'Tiene un demonio'. Viene el Hijo del hombre, y dicen: 'Ése es un glotón y un borracho, amigo de publicanos y gente de mal vivir'. Pero la sabiduría de Dios se justifica a sí misma por sus obras".

GospelMT 11:16-19

Jesus said to the crowds:
"To what shall I compare this generation? 
It is like children who sit in marketplaces and call to one another,
'We played the flute for you, but you did not dance,
we sang a dirge but you did not mourn.' 
For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they said,
'He is possessed by a demon.' 
The Son of Man came eating and drinking and they said,
'Look, he is a glutton and a drunkard,
a friend of tax collectors and sinners.' 
But wisdom is vindicated by her works."

Meditacion:

"Pero la sabiduría de Dios se justifica a sí misma por sus obras" Creo que todos deberiamos tener muy presentes estas palabras en nuestra vida. Y cuando digo muy presente, les sugiero hacerse un tatuaje bien visible para que jamas lo pierdan de vista.

Porque esta es la justificacion que Jesus da frente a tanto disconformismo humano, el cual, incluso a El le sorprendia y le molestaba.

Porque ese inconformismo eterno que cargamos, no es mas que buscar lo que ya encontramos pero no queremos aceptar. Jesus esta ante nosotros; el niño Jesus esta buscando posada en estos dias... y sin embargo, seguimos negandonos a aceptarlo; al igual que en los tiempos de Jesus que resucitaba muertos, curaba enfermos, realizaba pescas milagrosas.. pero la gente le seguia encontrado "algun defectito" como diriamos en mi Pais.

Jesus no necesita "per se" ser aceptado; nosotros necesitamos de El, de su gracia y de su amor si queremos aprender algo en este paso por la vida.

La primera palabra que se necesita para tener a Jesus con nosotros es aceptacion.

La segunda es silencio para poder escuchar mas al hermano y menos a nosotros mismos.

Jesus esta pasando hoy por aqui.. le abres tu corazon?

“Señor, estoy consciente de que has hecho mucho en mi vida y en el mundo. Ayúdame a celebrar tu Reino con todos los santos.” Amen

"But the wisdom of God justifies itself by its works" I think we should all have these words in our lives very much in mind. And when I say very present, I suggest you get a very visible tattoo so that you never lose sight of it.

Because this is the justification that Jesus gives in the face of so much human disconformism, which even He was surprised and annoyed.

Because that eternal nonconformity that we carry, is not more than looking for what we already found but we do not want to accept. Jesus is before us; the child Jesus is looking for an inn these days ... and yet we continue to refuse to accept it; as in the times of Jesus who resurrected the dead, healed the sick, performed miraculous fishing ... but people still found him "some defect" as we would say in my country.

Jesus does not need "per se" to be accepted; we need Him, his grace and his love if we want to learn something in this step through life.

The first word that is needed to have Jesus with us is acceptance.

The second is silence in order to listen more to the brother and less to ourselves.

Jesus is passing by here .. you open your heart?

"Sir, I am aware that you have done a lot in my life and in the world. Help me celebrate your Kingdom with all the saints. "Amen
